3). ऐसे मामले में जहां स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने वाली एक कम्पनी ने नीलामी के जरिए या उदार स्पैक्ट्रम से स्पैक्ट्रम प्राप्त किया है और दूसरी कम्पनी को प्रशासनिक रूप से स्पैक्ट्रम आवंटित हुआ है वहां प्रशासनिक रूप से आवंटित स्पैक्ट्रम के उदारीकरण के लिए स्पैक्ट्रम शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद ही स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।

75. (i). Any non-bank entity intending to set up WLAs should have a minimum net worth of Rs. 100 crore as per the latest financial year’s audited balance sheet, which is to be maintained at all times.

(1). डब्ल्यूएलए स्थापित करने के इच्छुक किसी भी गैर-बैंक निकाय की न्यूनतम नेटवर्थ नवीनतम वित्त वर्ष की अंकेक्षित बैलेंस शीट के मुताबिक 100 करोड़ रुपए होनी चाहिए, जिसे हमेशा बरकरार रखना होगा।

77. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), a State Government entity, has also been allowed to borrow directly from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Official Development Assistance (ODA) loan for implementation of Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) project.

78. So, these are actions which will proceed in that direction because we will discuss the commercial issues with the commercial entities concerned who would actually do the supply; we will sign the agreements and then we will also sign these safeguards agreements.

79. The guidelines will facilitate the State Government entities to directly borrow from the external bilateral funding agencies subject to fulfilment of certain conditions and all repayments of loans and interests to the funding agencies will be directly remitted by the concerned borrower.

इन दिशानिर्देशों से राज्य सरकार के उपक्रमों को बाहरी द्विपक्षीय वित्तपोषण एजेंसियों से कुछ शर्तों को पूरा करते हुए सीधे तौर पर उधार लेने में आसानी होगी और वित्तपोषण एजेंसियों को ऋण एवं ब्याज संबंधी सभी भुगतान सीधे तौर पर संबंधित उधारकर्ता द्वारा किए जाएंगे।

Affirm that the fight against terrorism should target not only terrorists, terror organizations and networks but also identify and hold accountable States and non-State entities that encourage, support or finance terrorism, provide sanctuaries to terrorists and terror groups and falsely extol their virtues.

इस बात का संकल्प लिया गया कि आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई में केवल आतंकवादियों, आतंकी संगठनों और उनके नेटवर्क को ही नहीं बल्कि आतंकवाद को आर्थिक मदद, समर्थन और शह और संरक्षण देने वाले देशों और गैर सरकारी तत्वों को पहचानकर उन्हें जवाबदेह ठहराया जाएगा।
